These are the Sooni's Great Laws. As a society, the Sooni believe these laws to be sacrosanct, and inviolable.
- A Sooni must never intentionally harm or kill their own kind.
- A Sooni must never use Focus against their own kind.
- A Sooni must never procreate with anyone other than their own kind.
These are "Great Laws" that have been added since The Doctrine was established.
- Focus is the power of The Overseers, and must only be intrusted to their servants.
- Natural Focus use is an abomination and must be purged.
