The Hazard Hawk 120 was one of the final ships in the Hazard Hawk line produced by AetherWorks before they shut down. She is a deeply capable merchantman in every way along with maintaining the customization that has so defined the HH line of ships.
As with the 60 and 90 before her, she was designed to carry cargo through hell if needs be. Returning to the wing position used by the 60, her two articulated wings fold down over her cargo containers, providing an additional layer of defense.
Following along with all the other ships of the Hawk line, her engines, power plant, and capacitors were all Dynex bolt on models. In this case, 5 Dynex 8 Maxblock engines, 3 Dynex FlashFire reactors, and Dynex Lightning Whirler capacitor banks throughout.

From Matt:
This ship is the big brother of the Hazard Hawk line. 90's are the most common due to their relatively low price point, high number of hulls produced, and near infinite customization options, but the 120 is where the money is. More than twice the capacity of the 90, room for passengers, and the same level of customization. Good luck prying one away from any current owner, though.
I did hear some rumors about an old AetherWorks ship yard out in the ass end of nowhere, though. They say that when AetherWorks was shut down, the workers just turned off the shipyard and left, leaving a good half dozen 120's just sitting there nearly finished. Wouldn't that be a find?
