This ship is less little brother to the 90 and more "first attempt" at what the 90 would become. You can see the evolution of the articulated wing that begins here and remains a staple in the larger Hazard Hawk ships. You can even imagine that someone looked at the layout of this ship and asked the question: "What if you turned the cargo sideways?" The two modules of the 60 and the 90 are very intentionally similar, just not assembled the same way.
Some old spacers still swear by the 60, arguing that the added passenger capacity makes up for the smaller amount of cargo. Others say that the wing on the 90 serves little purpose, unlike the wing on the 60. Whatever the case, those that fly a 60 tend to either trade it out for something else quickly, or become hopelessly devoted to their ship.
